Community Action Pioneer Valley - Strengthening Perinatal Partnerships - Greenfield. Mission: Community Action Pioneer Valley assists people who have low incomes to achieve economic stability and security, and works to build communities in which all people have the opportunity to thrive.

Bethesda House - Pembroke. Mission: To provide a temporary home that is safe and nurturing for young mothers, either pregnant or parenting their baby. The basis of our home is built on God’s love and how life can be transformed through a relationship with Jesus.

Interfaith Social Services - New Directions Counseling Center Quincy. Mission: Founded in 1947, Interfaith Social Services is dedicated to improving life for South Shore families and individuals in need. [Their] unique approach relies on a team of volunteers, donors and community partners to deliver compassionate, client-centered programs focused on hunger, mental health and emergency assistance.

Matthew 25, Inc. - Pleasant Street Affordable Housing Project - Worcester. Mission: In the spirit of the Biblical passage from which it draws its name, Matthew 25’s mission is to empower low-income families in Worcester and Boston, Massachusetts, by providing housing and food assistance. Matthew 25 accomplishes this goal by: a) Acquiring abandoned properties in Worcester and Boston, b)Engaging volunteers from the community to renovate the properties, c)Renting the remodeled homes to low-income families at a percentage of their income.

Montague Catholic Social Ministries - Wrap Around Programming - Turners Falls. Mission: Many open doors to walk through – for families seeking respite from the daily stresses of poverty, a crisis of family violence or the loss of a job – lead to a nexus of services woven together in friendship. The intimate scale of wrap-around support cultivates an environment in which each person matters. As the ever-shifting demands of society play themselves out in Franklin County, helping the newly arrived, the most vulnerable, those in unforeseen crisis to stay the course to recovery and productive lives, focuses us all on the unavoidable, ecological truth – it is in the act of caring for each other that we all survive.

Open Spirit - Supporting Increasing Mental Health Needs through a Partnership of Body-Mind Initiatives within the Framingham Public Schools - Framingham. Mission: Open Spirit strives to be a source of healing, understanding and courage in our divided world.  We seek to fill the need of so many people in the community who may not be part of a traditional faith community, by providing programs that support healing, wellness, spiritual nourishment and encourage personal growth and community connectedness. [People] come together with open hearts to: a) Celebrate and deepen understanding of diverse spiritual and cultural backgrounds, b)Enable healing of mind, body, spirit and Earth, c) Inspire courage to transform lives and communities

Jeremiah’s Inn - Nutrition Center - Worcester. Mission: Our Nutrition Center offers programming designed to combat hunger and food insecurity in our community.

Pernet Family Health Service - Maternal and Infant Health Program - Worcester. Mission: Home health aides and nurses at Pernet provide home care and support to pregnant and parenting women, infants, young children and their families. Referrals are made by local hospitals, health centers, physicians, community agencies and families themselves. The majority of families are referred because of high risk for poor health outcomes

Worcester Fellowship, Inc. - Thursday Cafe - Marlborough. Mission: The intent of the Cafe is to provide a place where all feel welcome and where the dignity and welfare of all guests are affirmed. For those who may not have a safe place to sleep at night, there is the option of sleeping on air mattresses for a few hours which provides a short respite from constant vigilance on the streets. For all, Worcester Fellowship clergy and trained ministry volunteers have been available to listen and to talk.

City Mission - A lift Up -

A Lift Up is an intensive, voluntary two-year homelessness prevention program for low-income single mothers and their families who are at risk of losing their housing.

Chaplains on the way

We go out into the streets, shelters, and gathering places of Waltham to bring a ministry of spiritual care and hope. We live out our mission by building trusting relationships with those who are experiencing homelessness, living in poverty, dealing with mental illness and/or addiction. We offer a ministry of spiritual care, listening, and companionship through life’s struggles and triumphs.

Center for Nonviolent Solutions

To provide education and resources to help people in the Worcester Area to understand nonviolence and peacemaking as a way of life and to reject the use of violence in resolving conflict.

BCC After School

THE BCC (BROCKTON CHURCH & COMMUNITY) AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM IS A PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN FAITH COMMUNITIES, CITIZEN VOLUNTEERS, THE BROCKTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS AND THE WIDER BUSINESS AND NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY.

Worcester Interfaith

Founded in 1993, Worcester Interfaith (WI) is a multi-issue, multi-racial broad based community organization, comprised of 21 dues-paying institutions that reflect the religious, racial, ethnic and geographic diversity of the city. Worcester Interfaith has built bridges between congregational and community leaders and across religious, socio-economic, racial and ethnic boundaries to accomplish much in the areas of jobs, neighborhood improvements, public safety, education and youth, and draw attention to the disproportionate ways in which these issues affect low-income and minority populations.

Friends of Hampshire County Homeless Individuals, inc.

The expressed mission of The Friends is to provide financial and volunteer support for the shelter and for associated programs. This includes support for many different programs, all of which contribute to the one goal of helping the homeless find a better life. 

Central Massachusetts Housing Alliance, Inc.

Recognizing the dignity of all, CMHA leads a collaborative response to homelessness that fosters long-term housing stability through prevention, quality services, education and advocacy.
